The brand new home offers 90 en suite bedrooms across six households for people over the age of 55. Bowbrook welcomes both individuals and couples – and you can even move in with pets too.*
Bowbrook is based in Fradley, a village just three miles from the famous cathedral city of Lichfield and a short drive from Burton-upon-Trent and Tamworth.
The area itself has a village centre offering exercise, flower and motoring clubs and a small shopping centre containing a pharmacy, café, shop and take-away restaurants. Fradley Pool Nature Reserve is also nearby offering opportunities for wildlife watching.
